about Jessica.

As a life coach, I’m here to guide you to a deeper connection with your mid and your body. My mission is to support you in finding clarity, confidence, and connection as you come home to yourself.

I wear many hats: mom, wife, daughter, friend, and coach. As a new mother, I faced severe postpartum anxiety, depression, and OCD—challenges that deepened my empathy and strengthened my purpose. I also live with PCOS and multiple food allergies, experiences that have prompted deep self-reflection and self-awareness. These personal journeys inform and inspire the work I do every day.

professional experience.

My career began in the corporate world, where I spent years in project management, sales, and marketing—primarily with one company. But I felt called to work more directly with people, so I transitioned into Human Resources. Over the past eight years, I’ve supported individuals at all levels—from new professionals to seasoned leaders—helping them and their organizations adapt to today’s ever-evolving landscape.

educational background & certification.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, with a specialization in the Spirit-Mind-Body connection. This academic foundation grounds my work in understanding how our cognitive states influence the body, while honoring the holistic and connected nature of personal growth.

I am also a certified Life Coach through Radiance Partners, an ICF-accredited program rooted in spirit and transformational change.

my coaching practice.

My coaching practice is built on the belief that we ourselves hold all of the answers, and we just need the tools to unlock them. As a coach, I will help you connect with your body - softly, clearly, and deeply.
